About Northampton County Housing Authority

Area Agencies on Aging provide local services, act as advocates, and generally assist older citizens to remain active in their communities. We operate under program guidance from the Pennsylvania Department of Aging, with County, State and Federal funding.


Mission Statement

The purpose of the Area Agency on Aging is to plan and coordinate the provision of services to the OLDER ADULTS IN Northampton County.

These services, delivered directly, purchase of service from a community agency, or by cooperative agreement, are designed to enhance the independence and dignity of older adults, and to provide protection as well.
